Living room - dining room with fireplace, air conditioning cold pump in the living room, small kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Covered parking space in the same building.

Private terrace with sun loungers, with access to the community garden that leads directly to the beach.

On the day of arrival we will receive you personally, for this reason we need to know your arrival time in advance.

Tourist tax not included in the price, consists of € 2 per person per day, direct payment on the day of arrival.

A complete set of sheets is included. Shower towel (1 large towel and a small towel per person) and a beach towel.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Puerto de Alcúdia, is surrounded by a great offer of restaurants and leisure, it is perfect for families since the beach is not very deep, and the Hidropark, S'Albufera water park is nearby.

S'Albufera is a Natural park where you can see birds of various species, children love it!

There is also a water park, called "Hidropark" that will make you spend a very pleasant day.

On Sundays in Alcúdia, you can enjoy a typical “flea market” with typical Mallorcan food, fruits, vegetables and clothing.
